LHRC supports our patients with family planning services, prenatal, labor and delivery, and postnatal care. Families who choose Little Rivers Health Care for their obstetrics and prenatal care experience the highest level of personal attention throughout the women’s pregnancy. Our family-focused environment provides a range of medical and emotional support for women during this exciting, life-changing time in their lives during pregnancy, delivery, and infanthood. Little Rivers Health Care’s integrated behavioral health team will work with you to help you make positive changes in your life. LRHC identifies Mental Health is just as important as Physical Health. In addition to traditional counseling services, we have integrated into local schools, offer a Medication Assisted Treatment recovery program, and are implementing Trauma Informed Care both in the clinics and in our community.

We provide annual physical exams for all patients, as well as physicals for camp, school, sports teams, pre-operative exams, pre-employment exams, and exams for the Department of Transportation.
The RCMC Mobile van provides services for ages 1 up to 21, located at schools within our region.
We are working on strategic steps towards providing dental services. Construction of the Wells River Dental Clinic will begin in 2023, and we hope to begin offering these services in 2024.
Clinical Care Coordination provide a myriad of services from assistance with housing to promoting community wellness and outreach. Our care coordinators offer assistance applying for health insurance, prescription assistance, applying for our 340B program “Sliding Fee Scale”, and attending and offering services through home visits. Care Coordinators assist in facilitating mental health referrals, attending school meetings for our pediatric patients, and coordinate the use of our Computer Lab and affiliated services.
Little Rivers Health Care supports Dartmouth College medical students participating in Project Salud by supervising medical visits for Spanish speaking agricultural employees on local farms two times a year, once in the spring and once in the fall.
Throughout the year we offer Healthier Living Workshops, which are scientifically based self-management programs, created to empower our patients’ to take control of their chronic conditions. We also work with a varied group of community members through the Blueprint for Health to continually address community needs.
