Our mission is to provide respectful, comprehensive primary health care for all residents in our region, regardless of their ability to pay. We offer quality health care services to everyone. In the spirit of community, we make efforts to reach out and welcome those who need health services, but may have insufficient means to access them. We commit ourselves to continually reduce the burden of illness, injury, and disability, and to improve the health and quality of life of those for whom we care.
We partner with our patients to provide high quality, state-of-the-art, evidence-based primary medical care with compassion and professionalism. All of our providers, nurses, care coordinators, service representatives, medical records specialists, billers, and managers, work together to assure top-quality care, delivered at reasonable cost, and always with kindness and respect.

Mark received his Master in Social Work (MSW) degree from Florida Atlantic University in 2021. He held internships working with a variety of populations during his schooling. He provided case management and individual/group support to adults with severe and persistent mental health diagnoses in a community-based program during his foundational year. His clinical year placement was in an adult inpatient treatment center serving those with co-occurring diagnoses, with a focus on treating trauma. To better serve these clients, he was trained in EMDR. His employment during grad-school was based in group homes, building relationships with adults with developmental and learning disabilities. Post-grad, Mark spent a year working as a Primary Therapist in the adult men's residential treatment program at Valley Vista.
In his therapeutic approach, Mark draws heavily from the Strengths Based Perspective and Cognitive Behavioral Theory. He strives for a collaborative relationship with his clients and utilizes CBT, Solution Focused, Motivational Interviewing, and Gestalt techniques during his sessions. Mark has a special interest in mindfulness skills and is actively increasing his knowledge of ACT and DBT to use in practice. Mark obtained licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in 2023. He is also motivated to become an EMDR Certified Therapist through EMDRIA.

Stacy received her master’s in social work (MSW) from Simmons University in 2019 through the SW@S
online degree program. While living in Southwest Pennsylvania, Stacy fulfilled the requirements of two
clinical field placements that were both at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) hospital
campuses (East and Monroeville). In the summer of 2019, she and her family moved back to New
England. Shortly after in fall of 2019, Stacy accepted a position as a hospital social worker at Dartmouth
Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH. Over the course of two and a half years, Stacy worked as a
social worker in the surgical floor, the cardiac floor and the intensive care units – specifically the COVID
ICU. Like many other health care practitioners, COVID had Stacy reflecting on her career aspirations and
intentions; she was able to identify a professional desire to support folks with a greater continuity
throughout the many challenges life presented. Thus, a transition to Little Rivers Health Care.
At Little Rivers Health Care, Stacy is currently providing individual counseling services at the Wells River
and Newbury Clinics, as well as in the home setting for patients enrolled in the Chronic Care
Management Program. In both roles, Stacy meets with clients or patients, provides supportive
counseling, a safe space to be their authentic selves and walks with them through various trials of life.
Stacy carries an eclectic therapeutic toolbox with regards to her counseling approach: meeting the
clients where they are at is at the forefront of every session. Stacy leans into Cognitive Behavioral
Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and Strengths Based Approach. She is an LICSW in VT and NH.
