Our mission is to provide respectful, comprehensive primary health care for all residents in our region, regardless of their ability to pay. We offer quality health care services to everyone. In the spirit of community, we make efforts to reach out and welcome those who need health services, but may have insufficient means to access them. We commit ourselves to continually reduce the burden of illness, injury, and disability, and to improve the health and quality of life of those for whom we care.
Established Patients
We participate in our state's Blueprint for Health initiative, which promotes the Medical Home model of health care. LRHC takes patient-focused care very seriously, and wants to partner with you to make every experience at our clinics a positive one. We welcome your input and suggestions to let us know what we may be doing well, and, what we can improve upon. Please let any of our staff, providers, or managers know what we might do to make your health care the best that it can be.
