Our mission is to provide respectful, comprehensive primary health care for all residents in our region, regardless of their ability to pay. We offer quality health care services to everyone. In the spirit of community, we make efforts to reach out and welcome those who need health services, but may have insufficient means to access them. We commit ourselves to continually reduce the burden of illness, injury, and disability, and to improve the health and quality of life of those for whom we care.

Heeding the call to improve the quality of health care services throughout the country, we believe that all health care organizations should pursue six major aims; specifically, that health care should be safe, effective, patient-centered, timely, cost-efficient, and equitable.
Our services always focus on the patient as the decision-maker and person in charge of his/her health care. We listen. We give you understandable information, based on our awareness of the best scientific knowledge. We foster long-term, healing relationships between patients and providers, and are proud that all of our clinics have met national quality standards, to be recognized as NCQA (National Committee for Quality Assurance) Patient-Centered Medical Homes.
“NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home Recognition raises the bar in defining high-quality care by emphasizing access, health information technology and coordinated care focused on patients,” said NCQA President Margaret E. O’Kane. “Recognition shows that Little Rivers Health Care has the tools, systems and resources to provide its patients with the right care, at the right time.”
